Descotti Property Services Ltd was born out of a love and passion for property development. Experience has seen us in France renovating an 18th century village house and helping clients across the Northeast realize their requirements no matter how small. Creating something from scratch for clients is very rewarding and never becomes a chore. As a business we can provide anything from new fencing to bespoke cabinets to installing kitchens to designing and building garden rooms and everything in between. On the rare occasion when there is something we cannot provide; we are always happy to share advice and guidance. Since the business started, we have built up a very good reputation and fantastic client base, a lot of which get us back for repeat business. We look forward to working with you in the future.

Richard was a very helpful and respectful person, really helped us when we couldn’t find the correct skirting boards and with the multiple problems we had in the house, while also keeping the house clean where possible. Great job on wooden side gate

Rich recently remodelled our garden installing decking, patio and an outdoor kitchen. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Rich was able to expand on this providing ideas and options. The quote was separated into areas so we could manage our budget effectively. Rich and his team (Toby & Ben) completed all work to an exceptional standard, maintaining excellent communication  throughout with Rich project managing everything including deliveries and waste removal. An absolutely superb job from beginning to end and I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
