We had a tricky job trying to work with a tenants availability and a previous Elec's mess
The job was done professionally with regular updates from Dillon to us 5* 

Reliable kept us informed on progress 5* 

Turned up on the day without the tools to do the job. To far to travel to get the tools and come back then even unsure if he could actually carry out the work. Even when i asked before if any further details, a visit or photos where required he did not respond. Wasted a days annual leave.

To fit a new extractor in a bathroom and change some light fittings
