Derek was unclear with the quote and also very rude. 

Initial work was done to a very poor standard, cut into brickwork in a bad way and resulted in remedial works required in excess of what should have initially been done. 

Also encouraged scaffolders (Gore) to illegally gain access to my property after several attempts to ask them to remove (with no response or them not showing up).

Poor communication and rude

Derek rebuilt our damaged front wall, cleaned it and repointed. We’re very happy with the result, it looks fantastic! 
Derek was quick to respond to messages, gave a fair quote and worked hard to get the job done quickly. 
We would definitely recommend him.
