Brilliant Job – Our Garage Is Now a Lovely New Room Thanks to DLC Property Maintenance

My roof terrace leaked, drained poorly & the tiles (badly laid when I bought the house) needed replacing. Dwain’s team stripped it all, fitted new boards, a new roof & drainage matting making a super-strong surface for them to then lay new tiles. They also replaced my hall roof & ceiling, & installed a skylight.

The terrace is beautifully finished & drains like a dream. I defy any water to ever get through it! The skylight is great! It was a well organised project, on time, on budget. The whole team were kind, friendly & a pleasure to work with. I would unhesitatingly recommend them!
