Gutter Repair

I gave TNR Roofing a call, and within a couple of hours Neil was on site to inspect the situation. We agreed to carry out some minor work and assess the condition of the roof. Not long after, Pete came by to fix our gutter, remove a troublesome TV aerial, and check over the roof. I’m very pleased with the work done so far and will definitely be using TNR Roofing again in the future.

Dennis was able to assess the problem with expert knowledge and followed this up by confidently repairing an area of roof that had shifted just enough to stop an upstairs window from opening. We were very impressed with his expertise and with his utter reliability and with his ability to communicate the problem and how to solve it. Happy to share my positive experience

Excellent service to fix a leaky flat roof just before Christmas. We called, they came, assessed the job, quoted, executed and tidied up all within the space of a week. Taking a look at the resin / rubbery coating over fibreglass and wood that had cracked they shook their heads and told us they do a lot of repairs of this type as they just don’t last. So, upgraded felt and tar it is with guarantees on the felt and the workmanship. So polite and efficient they got the job done within the day, checked, and double checked before they cleared up and left. Highly recommend.

Tommy and his team came out quickly when we had a roof leak and were able to diagnose the issue almost straight away. There were a few delays due to the constant heavy rain, but they made sure the area was protected and watertight until the repair could be completed properly.

As soon as the weather cleared, they were back on the roof and got everything sorted. They repaired the cracks in the valleys around the dormer and even cleared the gutters while they were up there, which was appreciated.

Overall, really responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

Shed roofing needed doing as I had a leak. Jacob and his team done a fantastic job

We required a box gutter repair which required removing the first two courses of tiles and re-felting etc. I had already been let down by two roofers and so to Jacob.

Well what can I say, this is how it should be! Jacob and his team were polite, punctual, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. As I said, this is how it should be but we all now that this is the exception and not the rule.

I can't recommend Jacob and his team highly enough.

The perfect roofer!

Jacob sorted out multiple leaky chimneys for me as well as replacing lots of damaged slate tiles. The work completed was finished to the highest quality and the turnaround was quick as well as being very well priced. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

My Dad needed a repair on his roof for a broken ridge tile. Jacob was recommended by a friend. I called him asking about his availability not expecting him to be able to come as quickly as he did.  A few days later the job was completed for my Dad and he was very pleased with the work done. Jacob is very friendly and communicates well. He kept us up to date throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.  Having been let down in the past by unreliable roofers, it was a pleasant experience and good to find someone who is at last reliable and does a good job.
