My Name is David Lawrence I have been working in the construction industry for 30 years plus, I  have been a sole trader for over 20 years and then in 2015 I set up DML Maintenance Limited. I mainly work by myself but occassionally employ other contractors as and when I need them. I carry out all sorts of work from plastering, refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom installations as well as garden refurbishments. I enjoy my work and always have, I can say I am one of the lucky people who go to work everyday with a smile on their face.

We are absolutely delighted how Dave has transformed our dingy bathroom into one which is modern, spacious, and has a superb finish.  The quality of his workmanship is outstanding.  He is very professional, knowledgable and a perfectionist in all areas of the work he undertakes.  He gives good advice on how to make the best use of your space and has the ability to solve any problems quickly.  He is always polite, friendly, works extremely hard, is tidy and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.  We cannot recommend him highly enough and hope to work with him again in the future

Bathroom Refit

We recently had our kitchen totally refitted by Dave  and the finish product was absolutely perfect.
Dave designed and fitted the kitchen exactly how we requested, the work was carried out to a very high standard, nothing was too much trouble to sort out after a few changes to original plan.
Dave is a perfectionist and works very hard, always on time, polite and very tidy.
Highly recommended, will be giving him a call when we want our bathroom changed.
