Was booked in to have two extractor fans installed today. Was meant to arrive at 10am but no word from him at 1020. Called and his voicemail message is that the company due to unforseen circumstances is no longer trading which was very strange as had a txt the day before to confirm work was still going ahead the next day. I then txt to find out where he was and he explained he was running late and then at 1045 received another txt to say he couldn't find parking in front of our house so wouldn't be going ahead with work today.  Booked a day off work and not a single courtesy call

Poor service 

Quick response. Good communication. Was able to complete the job straight away after inspecting.
Very pleased would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

I have used Mark for electrical work many times. Always reliable, helpful, clean and tidy, without too much disruption. Very methodical in resolving problems. Would not hesitate to recommend Mark for any electrical job.

Kitchen wiring

Mark came and fixed our wiring (caused by the homeowner).  He was polite, courteous and gave us advice about electrical safety and maintenance.   Would highly recommend this business and Mark's services.
