Phil and Jack provided exterior works of replacement of roofing tiles & lead flashing, repointing, application of Storm Dry and repairs to rendering all of which completed to a high standard & with which we are very pleased 
Plus organised scaffolding, which up and down in a week…very impressive 
Phil also introduced Robbie an excellent painter & decorator (both external & internal) and we are very impressed with the quality of his work
Plus prices very reasonable

Personable and professional team. Chimney removal, pointing work and flat roof replacements to summerhouse and garage carried out in timely manner. Arrived as planned and left area tidy, removing all debris as required.

Throughout the duration of replacing the roof, I found Downsview attentive and cooperative in making any change where necessary as the work progressed.  
The work was all carried out to a very high and professional standard and completed within the time frame and agreeed budget.
All the staff were polite and respectful at all times.  The hopuse was left clean and tidy at the end of the job.  I would not hesitate to reccommend Downsview to anyone requiring a roofing specialist.
