We had a blocked bath drainage pipe. It was in an awkward position in a narrow gap between two extensions. Mo was fantastic - friendly and professional. He arrived on time and jetted the pipe and despite it looking like this wasn’t going to clear the issue, he kept at it and the blockage finally cleared. 
The ‘reliability’ score is only lower because having booked the appointment some time in advance unfortunately there was a calendar mix up on the day I expected an engineer. This isn’t a reflection on Mo.

He was very lovely

I submitted a request regarding a blocked kitchen sink drain at around 9PM and I got a callback instantly. After I explained the situation and provided the details, the gentleman arrived at my place within an hour. He was very polite and professional. Not only he did the job in less than 30 minutes, he also left the place clean and tidy. The price was very reasonable considering that it was an emergency job. I would highly recommend Drainage Experts and wouldn't hesitate to get their service again.

Ace plummer (MO)

U bend in the drainage interceptor trap inside the inspection chamber was blocked. Mo came over after only two hours from phone call, assessed and gave me a quote. Work was carried out straight after, quickly and efficiently, and blockage was cleared with hydro jetting. Very happy with everything and I would also like to highlight that Mo is very polite. Definitely recommended!

Brilliant service

Thanks to Mohammed for cleaning our drainage blocked with limescale. It was a quick job to do but a smooth experience from start to finish.
