I called Drainline Services for  downpipe problem. 
Nick got back to me quickly & arranged appointment. He came punctually and made inspection. What I thought was broken needing replacement didn’t. He fixed quickly and then didn’t charge me. Not even a call out fee. 
I was most impressed with his cordial manner & help.
