We had a blockage in the drain outside of our kitchen, I called Drainline and David arranged to come the following morning (he did offer same day but it wasn't convenient for me). 
David arrived on time and was very pleasant, he dealt with the blockage and effectively cleaned out the drain.
The price was very reasonable, David was great and would have no hesitation in recommending.  I will be using him again for any future issues.
