DSB Building Services

Our experience of DSB was awful.

Poor workmanship, poor time keeping, poor communication and had to remove DSB due to being over 10 months late with not one room complete.

We have tried contacting direct but to no avail. Formal complaint now also being raised through CheckaTrade.

How he has treated myself and young family is awful. All our savings were used and DSB owes a lot of money due to not completing the works despite being paid up front for large elements due to demands made once the works had started.

Awful experience

we initially asked Dean to repair/replace the render on the outside of our Bungalow which we were moving in to. Dean's work was excellent, really good quality.
As time progressed, other jobs needed doing - laying wooden flooring, repair front door, and replacing garage surround. Dean carried out all this work excellently.
At all times, Dean was professional, polite and courteous.
I would definitely recommend him.

Render Repair and General building/ interior work

Dean is an exceptionally experienced builder - very skilled, exacting and professional.  He rendered our exterior front wall, arriving early and working non stop.  He works quietly, cleanly and efficiently and produced a fabulous, faultless end result.  We won’t hesitate to employ him again, and have already recommended him.

Have used Dean before and was pleased with his work. Needed a rush job done and Dean was more than happy to help. Provided a quote up front. Arrived early on the agreed day. All work carried out to high standards. Friendly nature and hard working. Will always use Dean for my building requirements and can recommend him highly.

He was on time, clean & completed the works as described & within budget. Very happy.

All new work tops, sink hob & oven. Complete decoration in kitchen.
