Same day response to my convenience , replaced failed light switch , made workplace safe before starting job , no mess left to clean up. Successful outcome . Provided Certificate on Completion.

Replace bathroom light switch.

Duffett electrical replaced an outside door light and new sockets in kitchen.
The work was done to a very high standard with  test certificates issued . 
The work was carried out very promptly following estimates given , at a very reasonable  cost.
The whole team including office are friendly ,helpful and hardworking putting the customer first and problem solving a fault I  already had prior to calling them out. The work to fix it was above and beyond .

Knowledgeable and professional staff

We had a new boiler fitted and decided to replace our existing controller with a Hive system. Their electrician had several problems to deal with, not of his own making, but eventually overcame them. When the system froze a couple of days later Duffett sent him back the next day and he eventually managed to solve the problem, which required Hive to remotely reinstall the firmware on our device. This was all seen as part of the job and there were no extra charges despite it being Hive’s fault. We heartily recommend this company.

Service above the call of duty

Cannot praise this company enough. They went above and beyond as the job was not as straight forward as first thought, but they were absolute stars and stayed till the job was done. Very friendly and knowledgeable, would not hesitate to recommend them.
