David and James have been amazing. Very professional and friendly. Delivered on what they promised and within the time frame stated. 
The team of guys were super. James explained everything to me and kept me informed every step of the way, providing videos and photos to help me understand the issues. Brilliant communication, very patient when liaising with other parties. 
All work completed very efficiently, given the changing nature of the job from the original request, and they left the property clean and tidy.

Happy with emergency roofing work

DWS carried out a flat roof replacement for us. We had issues with a leak and guttering that both needed to be addressed. An estimate was agreed up front and the team then spent 4 days with us. They were prompt, professional, tidy, polite and did an excellent job on the roof and guttering, also keeping us informed when an unforeseen issue arose, being transparent with resultant changes to cost which were discussed and agreed upon. No payment was requested up front, only on completion of the work and complete satisfaction with the result which is guaranteed for 25 years. First Class service.

Top quality work - excellent service

David and his team provided a fast and efficient service. We couldn't see the work in person, but David sent us pictures that showed the work was completed to a high standard. He updated us regularly by text, and was polite and friendly.

Chimney repair, and fascia boards & gutter replacement

Surveyed on Monday,started new flat roof, flashing and refit of pitched roof on Tuesday. Completed on Thursday, no mess, no hassle,  Happy for me to go up and look at the work in progress. Good communication throughout and a very fair price.
