Here we have a large Gap around a pipe leaving the external wall. This hole was used by both Rats and Mice to enter property. This hole was sealed along with Rodent issue being resolved

Carrying out a CCTV camara drain survey we discovered a disjointed waste pipe solving hold rats were escaping the system into property

Here is a huge gap found around pipes in chamber wall, this discovey (on our first visit) put to bed a ongoing rat issue of 6 years. The gaps found around these pipe were later finished with concrete to prevent future ingress.
