Part of a full Rewire This consumer unit replaced an extremely old board, we also built a new cupboard to house it all in too!

The water heaters in the nursery were constantly being left on from their respective local switches. We installed a contactor panel controlled via a timeclock to solve this problem ensuring they only come on between set times, vastly improving the energy use of this propert!

Common setup in the chells area where the old consumer unit is placed within a metal box on the wall. We installed a smartnew MK Consumer Unit at high Level and made a wooden door to cover the remaining electric meter from the old position

Buntingford Rewire/Refurb

This house got a full rewire, with some nice fixtures and fittings throughout. It also had an extensive amount of Downlights. Allowing the client to make the most of high and low ceilings throught giving a clean look throughout.

A neat addition to one of a few rooms on this rewire was some bathroom ceiling speakers wired back to a bluetooth compatible amplifier, meaning this client can sing along to their favorite songs in the shower with a great sound quality!

This client wanted something different on their lantern roof so we installed these remote controlled colour changing LED Lights for them as part of a full rewire

The bit you dont often see still matters to us! We pride ourselves on keeping things neat and tidy, just because you dont see it doesnt mean its not important, keeping cables neatly clipped and twist free can contribute to improving the life expectancy of cables and reduce the need for future maintenance.

LEDs are not only efficient but bright! We replace some old metal halide lighting with these super efficient LED fittings, not only do they make a saving on running cost but also maintenance costs!

The electric relocation was complicated involving outside network supply and meter relocating at same time as our inside hub.  Matt was excellent in planning everything to perfection and making sure it all took place exactly including the ground work and fitting of all connections inside. Relocation of electric consumer unit

Matt was excellent from start to finish.  Prompt estimate and booking; turned up on time; completed the work quickly and efficiently, allowing for particular timing needs that we had; and left the house as tidy as he found it.  We will not hesitate to use him for any further work required.

To supply and fit replacement Fan and Deco Switch; electrical survey

The engineer arrived at the agreed time.  The work was carried out in a professional manner and certification sent as soon as job was completed

Element project managed and completed a 9 month barn conversion for me, including a ground up renovation detailing everything you would expect from a bare brick renovation.  Works included insulating, implementation of full underfloor heating system, full instillation of Air Source heat pump system, ground up wiring and electrical work for the full property, full hot water and heating system, all the way to kitchen appliance instillation.  Element have extensive knowledge of electrical and renewable implementation and fit out.  A truly exceptional quality of work and phenomenal craftsmen.

Ground up barn conversion

Brilliant service.  Mark came down the day after I called and completed the work within 20 minutes as I was a little desperate.  Came bang on time when he said he was going to and the entire job was done within 20 minutes at a great price when I had previously been quoted hundreds more.  Would reccommend to anyone and will definitely be using them for everything I need in the future.  Thanks!
