Overpricing and did not do what he said he will do.

Expensive

Fascia boards were replaced and the very next day they were hanging off, I’ve tried several times to get in touch with the tradesman asking him to come back and finish the job and to put things right but my messages and calls are being ignored.

Fascia boards replaced

He was keen to get the job and visited site and provided a quote..  Once he had the job he asked for a deposit to cover the materials with the balance on completion and he would start the job the next week.  I was a little sceptical as he only had 4 reviews I was reassured he would have been checked out and was just someone starting out in life.  Anyway, he has now gone to ground and will not take my calls or respond to WhatsApp.

Gutter and fascia replacement

Fascia boards were replaced ,the very next day they we’re hanging off ,he 
Promised to come back to put it right and to do some pointing, after numerous messages and phone calls I’ve had no response.

Very swift responses and very accommodating when booking.  Job done well and we are happy with the result.  Would recommend ????

Repairing leaking gutter

Elite roofing solutions came out and knocked down the chimney and replaced it with mendip tiles, all the work they don’t was spot on no issues whatsoever the mess was all cleared up the price was very fair throughout and wasn’t changed and was done very fast within a half a day!  Would definitely get these guys out again for more roofing work!
