A brilliant service. Prompt friendly response to a leaking roof,  a thorough inspection, fully detailed bespoke quote sent quickly . Replaced zinc with felt roof and didn't regret a moment. Excellent customer service from start to finish and a really good job done. A member of the team contacted me the same day as I submitted my enquiry, and someone was out to quote within 48 hours. A courtesy call talked me through the proposal, and a quote was with me promptly. After deciding to go ahead, I wasn’t waiting long for a date. The roofing team were highly professional - friendly, punctual, and tidy - and we are really pleased with the finished result. Thanks to all the team!

Prompt and professional

Professional, punctual and responsive throughout the process. We received a sensible quote on the same day, which meant we were able to move swiftly with the works that needed to be done. The team were extremely hard working. A new balcony floor/ flat roof to the bedroom underneath needed to be stripped off completely and a new felt flat roof installed. The team were clearly skilled and the work carried meticulously. It was the first time we used Empire and would be happy to recommend. Overall pleased with the end product and the interaction with everyone at the company.
