We offer a worktop cutting or fitting service for the DIY market, clients fit and fix the kitchen base unit in place, and we finish it off with a worktop(s) Or buy the kitchen/bathroom supply through us with fitting included. We offer hardwood flooring and tiles. We will walk you through each stage from the concept. We supply all building materials, plus all appliances needed for clients engineer fitting appointments. Supplying high quality products for the perfect finishes. We are very proud of our warranty service, if you should need it, we will repair faults of our installation with a guarantee of 12 months. (If there&#39;s a fault caused by any other works or items not is not linked to our install this will then be a chargeable call out at the usual hourly rate) We give time slots for the engineer&#39;s attendance. They are ETA because of the nature of the business and the way it operates. If the client before your appointment is running over this will affect your appointment slot. Before booking any appointment it is explained the terms of the ETA, you will be kept fully informed of the ETA of your engineers attendance. Once On-site, we locate or source the materials or appliances, we also supply parts for broken down appliances if they are still in date and start the works immediately. We charge Per Hour- Chargeable works: include, estimate, order, and collection(s) of materials, works and Housekeeping. Housekeeping is to ensure the safe working area, to be handed over back to the client(s). Each day is chargeable at the end of shift cut off 20:00 or completion of works and via our engineers&#39; works hand-held tracked device to write up the invoice payable via bank transfer. The collection of parts/materials is chargeable, up to 1-hour travel allowance time to mechanics and return, where the order has been paid before the appointment, your engineer will inform you once loaded and time starts, this will be brought to the appointment. Same day instruction with normal collection order agreed is 100% by bank transfer via invoice submitted for the supply of goods before collection. Then remaining labour change per hr at the end of the shift is taken to complete that day shift. Booked Supply estimate chargeable by one hour. T&amp;C: This will be asked to be confirmed and accepted before any estimate/works are begun. Nothing is contractual until the invoice for materials has been paid or a attendance date is set and confirmed. Cancellation is required the day before the start date of advance booking, 24hr before the agreed time of attendance, if the engineer attendants and can&#39;t gain access a standard 2-hour charge is invoiced of the agreed hourly rate. Pre-order will try to be obtained before leaving the estimated address, but in some cases, the company has to attend to collect, each collection 60 minutes must be allowed. Works: setting out protection coverings where needed, works started and housekeeping and writing up the day&#39;s invoice to be paid while the engineer is still on site at 20:00 or when the engineer leaves. Payment stage: writing up that day&#39;s shift &quot;works&quot;, either at shift end or completion is reached if it is found more finish time is needed, it will be at this point further booking slot(s) are offered, this is confirmed with payment of that day&#39;s write up. A provisional booking is placed after estimates have been agreed on, a booking does not become contractual until invoice has been paid for any reason works cannot be completed because of clients&#39; issues or mistake materials parts or nonrefundable after invoice being placed and we will deliver the ordered materials to address work was intended for.

A quick replacement, cut the pipe, new isolation and flex hose, all done with 45 minutes, now the client has a 12 month warrantee.

Incorrect way to install a macerator

On open the plug we found the earth wasn’t insulted in the pin and the fuse was 3 amp

If the water ingress marks are located directly below the toilet and bathroom, it suggests that there could be a plumbing issue or a waterproofing failure in that area. Common causes include:

successfully located the leak by accessing the flush housing through the 10mm hole.

Once found leak removed the toilet and neatly cut the tiles 10mm back from silicone line to get access to fix the found issue

leak was present since installation as the toilet was pushed in place the flush pipe seal broke but as the cistern is concealed and the light shows the membrane holding water until the ceiling marks 

After reinstalling and checking with the camera that it was correctly fitted with no leaks.

All holes filled and ceiling was stain blocked to cover the water ingress marks.

Joist set the client wanted to add a level on top of his home, this was a timber frame loft conversion.

First installer recruited didn't core drill out the external back wall and fit the ducting kit, and look at what he did to the unit that cut in back panel, We will install it correctly no more grease 

If your hood looks like this, it can catch on fire. Time to speak to us and arrange a new one from our sister company Engineer Building Supplies!

Engineer Booking

Mark provided detailed options during our initial consultation, and despite circumstances out of his control delaying the work slightly, he went out of his way to put things right. He was friendly and professional whilst working, and answered any questions I had. After the work was complete, he provided advice for how to avoid the issue in future, and provided assurance that I could contact him if there were any further issues.

Drainage issue in kitchen

Fault identified with work carried out in February 2025. Immediate response to assess and confirmed the work would be rectified under warranty. The work has been rescheduled twice, informed there were some technical issues, and now no contact for 11 days. Bathroom has been unusable for over 3 weeks.

No recent contact from this trade to rectify faulty work

Engineer Booking sent us Mark to install a handheld bidet in the bathroom. Mark was so lovely, left his shoes outside without being asked. Came in, explained the job and how he was going to do it - very neurodivergent friendly 10/10. I explained that I was worried about any damage to the property as I am a renter, he installed it in a way that facilitates easy removal and allows us to give back the property in tip top condition. Mark is an amazing engineer, great technical skills and excellent customer service. There was a very minor leak but he resolved it quickly, efficiently and cleaned up.
