Was let down last minute by another company, however Derek was very understanding and fitted me in as soon as he could. Lovely gentleman who was very professional and as a disabled woman who is nervous about strangers coming into her home I felt very relaxed and comfortable.  I was also impressed how quicky Derek was able to send me the certificate via email as all other companies had stated it would take multiple days. He provides other services which if I ever need I would most definitely contact Derek again.
