Appalling. EPM sent someone who wasn't an employee, so are subcontracting unverified tradies at £180 p/h. He didn't bring enough silicone, despite it being the first job of the day. He wanted to go off to buy more, charging me the above rate for that time! He damaged the front of the bath, but tried to cover it up with silicone. The rest of the silicone was a mess. He had to come back on another day to finish the half-done job. When I discovered the damage, EPM said it was a private matter between me and him and refused to make the easy repair, and stonewalled me. Avoid at all costs.

The whole service was excellent - we received prompt, accurate and efficient support from the team at EPM who came and replaced our shower the following day. Grace was very conscientious and considered the fact that I have a young baby, ensuring that my appointment window allowed me chance to care for her.

Would highly recommend and use EPM in future

Very quick response to advert, communication was very good and kept us in the loop at all times. plumber was quick and professional.

Integrated toilets needed assessing and fixing

Excellent company, trustworthy and reliable. Fitted a new washing machine quickly, which included shortening a pipe and adding a new valve. Cheapest quote I received. Floor very unlevel as a listed building, came back free of charge to make further adjustments. Washing machine working perfectly, you saved me a lot of stress following a house move, I'm very grateful. Stephen was friendly, helpful and punctual.
