JDA were fantastic from start to finish they came round to quote when they said they would - even the quote was set out really well broken down and explained all works and was itemised. Once the quite was accepted they booked for work to start and did a fantastic job - thank you highly recommend and will definitely be in contact again when needed

Internal wall removal and plastering

Jason came out to do some work for my daughters extension without any hesitation. He was thorogh, clean, tidy and informative. I don't recommend tradespeople if im not 100% sure on them as ive had so many issues from previous tradespeople, but I can honestly recommend JDA Carpentry & Building

JDA carried out work at my house, fitting a new kitchen, skirting, architraves, doors, fixing floor boards, bathroom work, had electrical work done. Completed our house to an amazing standard, and exceptionally quick too, I’d recommend to anyone and definitely use them again

I highly recommend Paaji, Prabh and the lads. From the start, what seemed like a stressful job was handled professionally and with great care. They arrived early, worked hard throughout and kept everything organised. The quality of the work was excellent, but what stood out most was how reliable, respectful and trustworthy they were. They also helped with extra bits without hesitation and always made sure the finish was right. They kept mess to a minimum, protected the house and stayed organised throughout.

Through lounge refurbishment. Gary and Jason and their team carried out a full refurbishment. Ceilings replaced plastering painting and electrics. Gary and Jason called in regularly to make sure all was going to plan and nothing was too much trouble.  Would recommend

Excellent service throughout.   Gary came in to give us a quote,  he was friendly,  helpful and professional,  and we accepted the very reasonable quote.
Dave was our decorator, he was also friendly,  helpful and professional, and he was always prompt, and worked very hard, and loves singing along to the radio!  Dave did a fantastic job, we are very pleased.   We will happily recommend and will use them again.

New porch door supplied and fitted in time for Christmas- very efficient work as usual. We will definitely use Balance & co for any future work.

All the work carried out was excellent. The workmen arrived on time tidied up when finished and were very pleasant to deal with. Work included refurbishing loo/utility room, 5 new doors fitted and painted, new soffits and guttering , new handrail upstairs and tiling in upstairs loo.  Very pleased to deal with Gary and his team and would recommend Balance &co without hesitation.

SamExisting blown vinyl wallpaper stripped; walls plaster-skimmed; walls painted; doors varnished and lovely mahogany stain to the banisters.  Shout out to Clive (plasterer), Dave (decorator) and Clive. Will be getting them back for the next job. Highly recommend them.

I recently had my house painted, along with repairs to my shed and garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. From start to finish, the team was excellent. They were very tidy, kept everything clean and organized, and their attention to detail really showed in the results.
