Karl was very experienced and helpful. Fitted a flue for a gas fire, very tidy and completed the finishing touches with spray and paint at his suggestion.

From the time we requested a quote to the completed installation Karl has provided exceptional service. He explained everything that was required and kept us in the picture as the work progressed. His attention to detail and the respect he gave to our house ( keeping everything clean and tidy) was outstanding. Replace old gas fire with Wood burning stove and redesign fire place installing a new flue system.

We are very happy and warm now that our Ecosy+ Panoramic Multi-Fuel 5kw Stove (Defra Approved), Multiplex 904 Chimney Liner and Flue has been expertly installed by Karl Esser from Esser Stoves, along with some necessary and aesthetic Fireplace modifications.

Multifuel Stove Complete Install

We are so happy with our log burner installed by Karl. From quotation stage and coming round we knew we were in good hands. 
Karl was thorough and explained the process, spending far longer than anyone else, he made sure he understood the job as it wasn't a simple install due to the construction of the house. 
During the day of the install they were extremely polite and conscious of mess. He ensured we knew how to use it efficiently and even sent recommendations for a fan afterwards. We will be using Karl again to install another log burner in the future. We couldn't recommend them enough.
