The garage conversion was completed quickly and to a high standard. Carl went the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly and professionally. Communication was clear throughout, and I'm very pleased with the finished result. Would happily recommend for anyone looking for quality workmanship and a reliable builder.

Garage Conversion

Carl was prompt in estimating for the work to my extension wall and giving us advice on doing the stitching work to settlement cracking. Carl was professional and liaised with our structural engineer.  All his operatives were courteous and professional.  They did a great job, keeping the room dust free.  Plastering and painting on completion were fantastic.  Well done Estrada.

Remedial work to kitchen extension

I can highly recommend the services of Estrada Design and Build. They renovated our front room, re-skimmed walls, restored a suspended floor blocked by concrete, fitted a herringbone wooden floor, fitted radiators, replaced skirting boards, retiled fireplace and painted all the walls. The works were carried out to a high standard. Carl and his team were very accommodating any additional works that needed to be sorted, and communications were excellent. We would happily use their services again.

Renovation of front room

Carl took on a complex job with difficult access and did good work repairing a broken drain and relaying the patio.

Estrada were instructed by myself to remove an existing window and radiator . Cut out the lower wall and install made to measure doors . It was a long wait for doors to be made which was a bit annoying because I wanted work completed in August . But this couldn’t be helped and once doors were ready the work commenced . The wall was cut out and doors installed same day . There was a few hiccups on the way , ie loss of heating , but Carl got this rectified once problem located . They removed all rubble and left site tidy . Great bunch of lads .
