Exceptional service from Yassin. He provided a solution to our electrical issue that was beyond our expectations. He put a lot of thought into it and the job was completed with no fuss, no mess and a result we are delighted with. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Service

Arrived well before the schedule time. First he identified the issue with the sensors.  He went out and bought the necessary items and replaced. Straightaway the sensors started to work.

Then he asked me about the issue with the cooker hood. I told him that the care plan provider engineer said one of the units is blown and need to order the part. Later they me the cooker hood is now obsolete and I need to buy new one. 

Yassin asked me if he can check it. Within minutes Yassin said to me its the fuse gone and he had replaced it and was now working. He saved me at least £500. Thank you!

Quality work at a competitive quote done in timely fashion. Coordinated well with decorators to avoid disruption - can't say much more than would recommend.

Check of electrics and new electric radiator/lights

Fault with an electric storage heater, solved very quickly through his having previous experience of systems similar to my old old system to which replacement heaters had been added without anyone knowing how it all worked. Once shown all the bits of the system he quickly resolved the issues. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
