I contacted Faulkner Surveyors on Thursday and explained we required a structural report for 3 areas of our house to aid our sale. Michael arrived the following Monday afternoon (on a bank holiday) and was helpful, experienced, knowledgeable and put our minds around ease.

He then went away and sent us the report we required 4hrs later.

Mike was great. He travelled to survey my home on a Saturday afternoon. He explained his findings well and set a price expectation for the much needed work. He even was able to recommend a good builder who in turn did an excellent job.
