I really liked the extra time and care Loui put into the work… and how respectful and polite he is - that’s rare to find in a contractor these days and it absolutely sets him apart.  I am very pleased with the kitchen cupboard Loui built and that he added to the design of his own initiative so that it matched the rest of the kitchen.

Loui stepped in when a contracted tradesperson failed to show up 3 times. He was prompt, respectful and very helpful. He was knowledgeable and maintained a clean site throughout the two days he was installing our 5 internal doors upstairs, on newly-fitted carpets (I didn't even have to ask him to take his boots off, he did it automatically). He made useful suggestions along the way and worked a full day (0900 to 1730). I would highly recommend Loui for carpentry work. He was reasonably priced and most importantly among UK tradesmen, is extremely reliable and honest. We will be using him again.
