Installed Cormar primo Ultra and sensations 11mm underlay on stairs and landing. Within a week or so of fitting the carpet was wrinkled and bumpy over a run in hallway. They did come out to restretch it once however since it looks even worse again. 
I did consider whether to leave a review as I don’t like leaving negative feedback however given all my messages, emails are now being ignored I felt it was the right thing to warn other people before proceeding

I have never seen two chaps work so fast and so efficiently. My gripper rods were down, the underlay fitted and a secondhand carpet cut to size and fitted all within the space of 50 minutes. I would highly recommend this firm.

Wayne was also very accommodating, as it was a Christmas surprise for a relative which was harder to organise & they are over the moon with their new carpet.
