They were very responsive when I contacted them by phone. Mo answered all of my questions very swiftly and was extremely helpful to explain what exactly might be the problem.  He was able to fix my window within a day or 2 which was a great help.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mo's engineer identified the fault within 10 minutes of arriving, which was a huge relief after other contractors had suggested expensive replacements and long lead times of 3 to 4 weeks. They returned the very next day with the right equipment and completed the job within a couple of hours. The team was competent, friendly and professional throughout. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Full marks to everyone involved. I would highly recommend them.

First Choice were prompt in communication and visiting. They declined to do the job I had originally posted but I needed another job (a new outside door) supplying and fitting and the work was competitively priced and work was completed quickly and nicely.

Competitively priced, good workmanship and excellent communication

I had moisture trapped between my double glazed window panes due to a failed seal. Instead of replacing the whole window, I chose to replace just the glass unit, which was much more affordable.

The process was quick and professional, and the results were immediate — no more fogging, clearer view, and better insulation. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
