When quotes are accepted part of our fitting service includes full removal and disposal of old floor coverings and moving all household furniture (we have public liability insurance of 2 million pounds plus). Types of floor covering we regularly supply and install are carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood flooring, carpet tiles, hardflooring, safety flooring, LVT (Karndean, Amtico).  We also ply and latex your floors so you know your floorcoverings are going to be level and smooth. All our fitters have at least 17 years on the job knowledge and experience and some have been trained by certain manufacturers to install their products

Really impressed with the service I received from Jonathan and his team.  Jonathan was prompt in coming round to look at what I needed and the quote was competitive.  Jake and Kieran carried out the work across three days and were punctual and professional.  They tidied up afterwards and left no mess behind.  The flooring has transformed the area and we are really pleased with the result.  Would not hesitate to recommend.

Really impressed with 1st class Flooring!  Jonathan came round to quote, and clearly knew his stuff, asking about our preferences and checking lots of details that another company that quoted hadn't thought to ask about.  The work was completed by Jake and Kieran who were fantastic - punctual, polite and they did an excellent job.  I cannot fault this company, and would recommend to others and will certainly use them again in the future.

John and his team were excellent.  They arrived on time and just got in with the work.  They consulted us on the layout and at every stage.  If any design decision was needed they consulted us first and gave excellent advice.  Their work was exceptionally tidy and general attitude was extremely friendly and professional

An excellent, helpful and friendly company.  This is the second time I have used First Class Flooring.  They offer such a great service - moving heavy furniture, taking away old carpets and leaving everywhere so tidy.  Nothing is too much trouble for this friendly and helpful team.  I have always been delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

First class flooring were recommended to me by a friend and I was really pleased with the whole experience.  Jonathan came out to measure and show me samples, he was very polite and advised me on what flooring would be good in my house.   He go the quote over to me very quickly which I accepted straight away!  The guys who came to fit the flooring were lovely and kept the disruption to a minimum.
