Flair began life as a retail only business in 1997. A desire for the highest quality products led the company into the manufacturing industry. From there we began offering our products to trade outlets and retail installers across the UK and abroad and now operate on a dual trade and retail basis.We are a family owned business, headed up by Managing Director Peter Lugg, with his wife Sharon and son Ryan working alongside him.Through rapid growth and development we have striven to maintain the “family feel”. Family values are at the core of our business and we believe every customer should expect to have their needs met - and that&#39;s exactly what Flair do.Flair operates from a 40,000 sqft state of the art factory in Minworth, West Midlands with a large showroom for customer viewing.We operate Recycline and collect any scrap UPVC materials from customers for recycling. This includes old first generation UPVC windows that we are replacing, right across the UK.Products: Upvc windows and doors (full range of colour options), Aluminium doors and windows (full range of colours), Solidor Composite Door (vast range of styles and colours),Conservatories, Guardian/Icotherm conservatory roofs, glass conservatory roofs and soffits, fascias &amp; guttering

We had bifold doors fitted to the kitchen and patio doors to our office space , wow they are very impressive we love them they have completely changed our rooms including the amazing blinds to the patio doors, Trevor and team were all very professional and super friendly, very very happy 😃

Installation of new composite front door and combination frame all the staff I have dealt with have been superb From the call to the Mere Green showroom to Jack  the surveyor , Jodie in the office, The tradesmen Carl and Lewis were excellent and Trevor who inspects all completed work I can’t say anything bad about this company 10 is not enough , I will definitely being using them again

We had two windows and frames fitted from Flair this week and we are really happy with the result.  Every member of staff from, sales to finance and the fitters were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.  We were even advised against the windows we planned to have and we are glad we listened as they look far better than what we were originally going with and far more practical.  We definitely recommend going with Flair, brilliant company to deal with.
