Wipes caught on a displaced section of pipe. The displacement also allows roots to creep in and spread throughout the network - ultimately leading to a complete collapse/failure of the drainage system

We carried out a camera survey to establish the course of action needed to restore a functional flow in the drainage system

Our customer's young son had attempted to flush this toy down his toilet, and was the initial reason for the call as the system wasn't functioning smoothly. The toy was recovered, along with a full cleanout of the route and a plan put in place to remedy the displacement and root ingress at a later date

We lifted the manhole to see inches of blocked waste, unable to flow naturally though the system

We tried a manual plunger initially to try and relieve the blockage. We had to get our Brian Nixon-built HPWJet involved as this was just too stubborn for some good old fashioned elbow grease!

Genuinely surprised at the number of positive reviews about this company. We've had nothing but trouble with them for 12 months after having a septic tank installed on our property. Poor planning, lies, terrible communication and were still left with a system that we have now been advised will fail within the next 2 years. Thousands literally down the drain.  They guys working for the company are lovely, the management and supposed expertise are an absolute shambles.

Avoid at all costs

I got Flowfinity to install a new waste treatment plant. Price was good, Josh & Riley turned up explained what they were going to do, and just got on and completed the install with no dramas, on time and to budget. Great guys, hard working and clear in their communications. A shout out to Torin who sorted out the pricing and all the paperwork to getting building control sorted.

Can not recommend this company highly enough!  The work to be undertaken was clearly explain beforehand and all questions were answered by Torin 

Josh came to do the work and was excellent!  Again he took his time to explain everything, his workmanship was faultless, he cleaned up after himself, and put me at ease.   As a customer I was thrilled - the company was trustworthy and highly competent.  It comes across that they care about their work and the customer they are completing the work for.  EXCELLENT COMPANY, would highly recommend.  This is how tradesmen should be!
