We had the ground floor of our house refurbishment designed by Fluent. They took our ideas/needs and turned them into a workable and stylish design. We used Fluent for the design of a single story rear extension and garden building. From the initial consultation the team at Fluent have been professional, prompt and easy to deal with. We're very happy with the plans they created for which we've just received planning permission. Elaine was particularly helpful and keeping us updated throughout the process and following up with the planning officer when there was a slight delay on their end.

We went through various iterations to achieve the functionality and vision for our home enhancement and thoroughly appreciated the expertise and quick turnaround of our plans.

Loft Conversion & Internal Alterations 

Helpful throughout, and while we didn't have the most complex requirements it was reassuring to be able to guided through the process and use their trusted suppliers - we went with Newstock Developments who managed the refurbishment well and managed to bring the vision to life.
