Ryan took off a black roof and replaced it with a light grey one, it doesn’t match the front of the house & I wasn’t informed before instillation it would be a completely different colour. He said he would put some black edging on but wasn’t sure when he could do it, I kept contacting he kept putting it off, he was off on holidays then was off work. I got Ryan to quote for my main roof a year later & he was £4,000 more than a different quote I received. He now said I need to pay £200 for the black edging as he didn’t get the work for the main roof. He’s asked me to email then is ignoring me.

Remedial work to chimney stack

They came to assess the damage, were very thorough and explained the process to remedy the situation. The work was carried out by friendly and courteous roofers. They were tidy and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone

Excellent service, very quick response and fab job!

We consider the standard of work to be pretty good. However we had many communication issues. For example. Scaffolding removed despite outstanding work delaying planned work by a week. One weekend waited for scaffolding to be removed as advised but apparently forthcoming had cancelled the scaffolding company but had not informed us. The skip was left due to communication between forthcoming and skip company and further overloaded with gardening material from a forthcoming subsidiary. The ground was covered in debris - a lot of debris and they had to come back to clear it. Communication bad

All roofs replaced - sunroom, porch and main. All of the guttering facia boards and soffits

Lads were very helpful and worked hard. Job was done efficiently and they consulted every step of the way.
Also cleaned up and made sure front and back were left in a good condition.
Follow up after roof was completed carried out by one if the owners Ryan , he went up on the roof to take photos and do a visual check . All good and any small thing to be addressed once scaffolding removed.
Good job and fairly priced for the quality of the work plus a 10 year guarantee
