Rob was factual in his quote for my Baxi boiler. He kept us informed throughout the job, came on time and sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently.
As local tradespeople had not proved reliable.. I went further afield and chose Fullgas because of the many good reviews.
I had to pay more because of time and distance travelled..but the service I received from Rob was excellent.
Rob could run good courses on ‘communication skills’…something that many tradespeople are sadly lacking in!
