Outstanding plumbing services

Gabriel installed an outdoor tap and hose in my garden, and I’m extremely happy with the result. He was professional, punctual, and very clear in his communication.
 What really impressed me was his character — discreet, respectful, and genuinely kind. I live alone and have a mobility disability, and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout. He explained everything clearly and even gave me advice on how to protect the tap during winter. The work was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left spotless. I would absolutely highly recommend him.

Exceptional Professionalism and Genuine Care @@@

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the plumber Gabriel who came round to install a new vanity unit & shower door for us. He damaged the shower tiles while trying to install the shower door and it was obvious he didn’t really know what he was doing. The vanity unit he fitted was finished poorly with the polish/silicon around it. He said he would tale away the old vanity unit for disposal but I've just discovered he simply left it outside next to my car & drove off.! This is the first time I've experienced something like this!! Really disappointing!
