Garry was very good at explaining every step of the upgrade. 
He was good with our dogs and greeted them in same that he greeted us every morning.
Garry discovered that we had a large blockage of hair and limescale which was causing drainage problems with the old shower.

I would recommend him to any one for his help and patience putting up with old fogy's like me and my wife

Garry kindly called me within minutes of my posting on checkatrade (it was my first time ever using the site).  He was courteous and polite and arranged to come round to sort my leak out a few hours later.  
No up front fee!!!! I was so impressed…
