We had a flood, and Charlie came to fix the pipes the very next day. We've used him many times, and he's always wonderful! 

Kitchen plumbing

Been using for many years to carry out my annual service. Always reliable and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Annual boiler and filter service

I use Charlie every year for boiler service, always turns up on time, gets the job done with minimum disruption. He will be my first call if I ever have problems with it.

As always, Charlie super efficient and professional! Called Charlie on early Saturday morning and in 1 hour Charlie was available. Hot water not working (problem with boiler) and Charlie fixed it in no time and even checked if my central heating was working properly!! Excellent Service! Thank you so much Charlie!

I have used Charlie many times & I cannot fault him. He works quickly and explains what he is doing/needs to do all the time, so you're kept in the loop. I was also delighted at the charge for this repair which was quite complicated. 
I was extremely pleased with the job.
