GKR Builders recently completed a major rebuild of my home and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The project was huge – they basically rebuilt the house from near scratch, keeping only two existing walls, adding a 7-metre rear extension, a loft conversion, and a 3-metre first-floor extension. Despite the scale and complexity, the team handled everything with real professionalism and care.

From the start, communication was clear and honest. They took time to understand what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions along the way, and were upfront about timelines and costs.
