Adam was really pleasant and knowledgeable concerning the thermal cracked bedroom window.     Adam arrived on time to measure and called the following week to book in the fitting.  The fitting went smoothly and the glass quality is amazing.  My children didn’t think there was any glass!!  Highly recommend Adam and Glass Medics for great communication, arriving on time, cleanliness and quality of the products.

Adam was excellent. Communication was great from the start: he was very quick to respond and arrange appointments. He fixed a broken lock and replaced a blown window quickly, cleanly, and for a fair price. He gave us expert advice on humidity and insulation to extend the life of our windows with zero pressure to buy more. It’s fantastic to find a service that repairs rather than replaces. We will definitely use him again for future upgrades. Highly recommended!
