The removal of moss from our roof was well done however some damage was caused  to a few roof tiles and despite emails, text messages, numerous voice mails and whatsapp messages, Gloucestershire Exterior Cleaning will not reply to arrange repair of the damge they have caused. Photographic evidence has been sent to them.
