I do not like harming any creatures and it was important to me to find someone who was understanding of my beliefs and respectful. With a wasp problem at hand, I am so happy that I found Marius. Communication was excellent - he took time and patience to respond to my many questions via email and phone. On the day, he arrived on time and dealt with the matter swiftly and confidently. He explained to me what to expect and was sensitive to my concerns. He informed me that I could contact him should I have any concerns. I highly recommend him and would book him again.
