Our Work

This full renovation consisted of new electrics and new plumbing throughout the property. We suspended ceilings, skimmed the walls, carried out various carpentry requirements as well as  decorating the property. We carried out tiling in the Bathroom as well as installing the bathroom suite and Kitchen installation. Flooring was installed by us throughout the property.

New door installation after creating a larger opening

New front door installed 

This full renovation consisted of creating an opening for a larger main door. The property had new electrics, a new heating system and new plumbing. Inside the property, all walls consisted of boarding, skimming, and new coving. New flooring was installed throughout the ground floor. The bathroom was installed by us as well as decorating and carpentry work all carried out. Work on the external of the property was also carried out and consisted of external insulation and render.

This project included: Digging out the lawn, drainage, hot and cold pipes for hot tub, hardcore base, screed with slopes, created 2 flower beds, tiled and grouted 2 patio areas and 2 pathways, filled 1 flower bed with soil and other with bark, new top soil in centre and finished with lawn.

To construct the new porch, foundations were dug and filled. Brick and block work was required as well as the external walls rendered to match the existing walls.The roof was constructed, made watertight and matching roof tiles were laid. Internally, the floor was constructed and the windows and main door were installed by us. All electrics, boarding, skimming, decorating, tiling and carpentry was carried out by Gosai Construction.

Description: The job consisted of dropping the ground level, concrete slab for patio, digging and filling footings. Flowerbed walls were constructed as well as re-constructing the garden steps. The new constructed steps were slabbed.
