West end rewire for Airbnb client

A simple layout for down lights but with a wet wall ceiling installed there can be no mistakes. The extractor fan has an overrun timer to make sure it clears all the moisture from the shower and complies with building regs. The down lights are LED, fire rated and IP65 to make sure they’re as safe as possible for the bathroom.
