I used this service recently and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The initial quote was £40, and I only found out about the invoice amount and charges at the time of payment. I was told additional charges were due to “waste,” but no extra waste was actually removed, and some items weren’t taken at all. VAT was never disclosed in the quote or terms. Communication about arrival times was minimal, and I had to proactively ask for details.

While the work was completed, the way the charges were handled and lack of transparency made this a stressful experience. I would caution other

Arrived at the time agreed.
Cleared all rubbish from the garage and carefully brought down a bed from upstairs. Even swept the drive afterwards.
Very friendly guys.

Recommend waste clearance

I had some rubbish to get out the house after moving in, the guys worked rapid filling quite a few skip bags of rubbish that turned out to be pretty heavy but they still did the work really quick and were really lovely lads. I'd called a few other firms but Gareth's team were by far the cheapest. can't fault them and will certainly use them again, they saved me a lot of time, effort and money.

Affordable, reliable fast and friendly.

Gareth and team kept their word and arrived albeit a little late and cleared the waste as promised  swiftly and professionally and at a very fair price. I shall be asking for their services again in the next couple of weeks.
