I have used Greystoke before in a professional and later personal capacity, so this isn’t my first experience, but it is testimony to my previous experience that I am reviewing again.
The latest project is the biggest, a full house refurb and extension, all new to me.
Paul is knowledgeable, experienced, and gives good advice, and his quotes (checked on my behalf by a professional project manager) were fair and reasonable.
Work started on the appointed date and has continued without interruption since (12 weeks so far). His men are punctual, helpful and tidy, and work hard. Highly recommended.

Greystoke Builders have been brilliant to deal with. They repaired a burst pipe in my loft and carried out extensive repairs to the property. They are very knowledgeable and their communication has been excellent. I found the speed and quality of their work to be outstanding and have no hesitation in recommending these guys as they genuinely care, and made what was a stressful time as easy to deal with as possible.

Greystoke Builders are great

For 15 or more years, Paul and his workforce at Greystoke have been maintaining and improving our properties from significant structural changes to minor cosmetic improvements.  These have included building a classic wall, constructing a driveway, replacing bathrooms, total replacement of a kitchen with new wiring and plumbing, replacing flooring, painting inside and out and renovating our house's crumbling brick wall. During this time I have had no complaints. Minor snags are dealt with promptly. The workforce is multi-skilled, trustworthy and pleasant to have in the house.
