The company contacted me to arrange a quotation on Saturday .   I confirmed that this date was free.   However no-one came.   I left a voicemail around lunchtime as no-one answered the phone.   I left an email at 4pm to which I still have had no reply.   So I wasted the whole day doing non-essential jobs while I waited.
I am not impressed by the lack of customer care and will not ask this company for a quote in future.

The gardeners are prompt , reliable and hard working. They cut my difficult bank and  lawns beautifully. Always, keen to please, they are a pleasure to employ.

I have always found Ground Hogs to provide an excellent service.

They were very respectful and polite on time and they are very clean 

Garden need a massive tidy up hasn’t been done in a couple of years, The guys were very respectful 

Groundhogs first visit. They were on time and one guy worked hard for 4 hours clearing up. They looked and listened to what needed to done and got on with it.  Very pleased. 

General garden maintenance, hedging, cutting back and leaf collecting.  

Tidy and careful weeding and cutting back perennials. The guys were interested in my wishes and enthusiastic. I felt they were listening to what I requested  and made informed suggestions. I hope to have them again .
