I booked an end of tenancy cleaning service through Checkatrade and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

HandM Cleaning requested payment by bank transfer (£280 total, effectively £140 per hour). The cleaners were at the property for only 1 hour and 40 minutes. A number of critical items were missed, including skirting boards, proper hoovering, and the shower drain. The cleaning carried out was only surface level — and much of the flat had already been cleaned before they arrived.

No invoice was provided.

First time using this company, can’t tell people how good they were. The staff (Sandra and her work partner) was very punctual and professional. They done a top to bottom deep clean and couldn’t find a fault in any of their work. I was highly satisfied with the end results of how well they done and wouldn’t highly recommend the company for their hard work they provided.

A class result

Give my house a good old clean lovely happy people who come to me even brake out with a song or two while they work. always the same ones to which is very nice as I got to know them always a good job done and my house is looking great and clean and smells so nice when they finish I wouldn’t be without this company now I found them you should give them a try as your never look back

H&M cleaning services were fantastic in arranging their equipment and professionally cleaning the waiting area, WC facilities and clinic room for my clinic at Cherries Medical Clinic. From A-Z the quality of their work was fantastic and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Wow! Absolutely phenomenal work! The level of in depth cleaning, attention to detail & speed with which they worked was brilliant. I couldn't believe how clean & shiny everything was when they'd finished - everything looked brand new again! Super friendly, trustworthy & professional; a brilliant experience all round.
