The team from Hannay Electrical were fantastic - I can't recommend them highly enough. They worked to a very high standard, always had time to answer any questions. I was very happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Electrician for extension 

I wasn't sure whether I needed a large job (re-wire) or small job (new breaker unit). Archie came to quote and was honest about the scale of the job (smaller than he expected). He gave me a good assessment of the state of the house and installed exactly what was needed. He was punctual and I trusted him right away. From looking at the range of jobs he does, mine was a very small one but he still took it on. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting good advice and a top service.

Upgrade to circuit board and general check on condition

Hannah Electrical were brilliant to deal with and even though our renovation project is at an end they continue to be our ‘go to’ electrical company.  Easy to deal with they are very quick to respond to enquiries and resolve any issues.

Complete re-wire of house, patio and out buildings

We have used Hannay Electrical multiple times since 2011. From small jobs internally and externally, to commissioning them to be the electrical contractors on a large, two storey home extension.

Archie really knows his stuff. He always listens to our requirements and then gives us fantastic advice, often spending time researching our options before coming back with recommendations . This has been anything from external lighting on the driveway and garden, through to all electrics and lighting layouts (incl. product recommendations) for our home extension, plus everything in between.

Excellent - from small jobs to large

Always great work - our 'go-to' electrician. In a very old house, nothing is straight-forward and any work usually throws up something unexpected, but Archie invariably solves any issues/problems for us.  We can't rate Archie's work highly enough - everything from a complete re-wiring of new floor and extension, to new lighting, to tracking down and fixing electrical faults

Rewiring new floors and lots of general electrical work

Archie has completed all the work here from turning an old potting barn into a full time cafe workshop space. 
The site required an upgrade to 3-Phase so Archie helped liaise with SSE and then ran all new cabling from a new meter box to the barn.
From there a full internal fit out was completed for a cafe kitchen / lighting / sockets etc.
Arch was a pleasure to work with and has done a fine job in the finish of all the visual elements understanding the level of detail required for this space.
I would not hesitate to recommend him.
