Last year we bought a bungalow which needed a full renovation.  The day we found Mike (via his website) was the turning point of the project.  From that moment, we had a builder that we knew would turn up, do a great job and that we could trust to make decisions that were in our best interests.  Mike worked with us for around 6 months, and in that time he has transformed our house. Mike is a skilled joiner (and plumber and fixer!) He is prompt, hardworking, courteous, friendly and most important of all really good at his job.  Sets high standards for himself.  Leaves everything clean and tidy.  Couldn’t ask for better

I am not normally a fan of writing reviews ( I am sick of Amazon wanting a review every time I buy a tube of toothpaste!  ).  However, in the case of Mike I felt I should show my appreciation.  These days it is getting harder and harder to find a good tradesman and personal recommendation is usually safest.  So,from personal recommendation I was put in touch with Mike who promptly arranged to come round and assess the job and a sensible price was agreed.  Despite me making numerous changes to the jobs Mike got on with it.  The quality of his work is excellent with real attention to detail.

Internal doors, skirting, door frames

We had a few spaces that needed bespoke shelving and storage space building.  Mike helped identify the optimum way to use the space, then built them to fantastic quality and our custom sizes.  Would certainly recommend and use again, the attention to detail was really on point.

Cupboard and storage space

Excellent work, very professional.  Clean and tidy.  Would highly recommend.  Great communication.

Frame out single brick laundry room, to insulate room.  Also moved electrics- plugs etc to suit.
